Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and CardHolder.au ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the cardholder.au website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").
You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

CardHolder.au is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.au.

Indemnification

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Sydney, New South Wales, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to mediation in accordance with the rules of the Australian Disputes Centre.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
No waiver by us of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure by us to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.
